Restores the fountain and its water effects that was cut during game development by obsidian
please report any bugs you find. i did my best with navmeshing but theres possibility of npcs bugging while walking around the fountain.
Requirements: Old World Blues DLC
Installation: Open archive and move the esp and meshes folder to your fallout new vegas data folder
