Made on request, this is simply a messagebox prompt when you exit the Vault 101 cave in TTW that asks if you'd like to skip to NV via the train. This is to provide an option to quickly get there without the imperfections that can come from using the NV start option that TTW provides.
If using BHYSYS, selecting the quick start option will bypass all humbling config settings. There is also a version that doesn't skip the humbling.
