Drop the provided .mpi file into the TTW Installer folder, run installer and chose this package. Follow the provided instructions.
Installer will generate .bsa and .override files, either install them directly into the FNV's Data folder or use a mod manager.
This also fixes a few broken oversized LOD textures in NMC so they can be used with FNVLODGen.
