This is just a little series of esp-free scriptrunners to give TTW vendors better selections.

Craterside:
Her stock is at the same level of balancing, just with more items. She didn't get an upgrade to what tier of weapons/armors she distributes.
Flak N Shrapnel:
These guys are the "Gun Runners" of DC, their selection is very expansive. They don't stock very many rare guns, but they should have most common guns you could want to buy. They often have multiple copies of each weapon, and their condition is never perfect.
This should not be used with SPARE or STARS TTW, as this functionality is performed there natively.
