📋 About This Mod

No idea if this works with FCO 3.  Will not be updating as I don't have the time nor have I played Fallout 3 or New Vegas for years.

The main purpose of this mod is to replace vanilla races with that of FCO which will give ANY NPC using the 4 base races (plus adult age range) a visual overhaul.  Dad included! :)

There are also various NPC edits where the NPC hasn't really accepted the new look 100%. Little tweaks to make them look less alien. Feel free to upload any pictures and report any NPCs that may look odd.

Requires the fantastic Fallout Character Overhaul 2 addon and TTW.

🤖 AI-enhanced — based on mod data

This mod replaces the faces of most NPCs in Fallout 3 and New Vegas when played through Tale of Two Wastelands, requiring both TTW and FCO 2. It's a straightforward visual overhaul for players who want consistent, improved character models across both games.

✨ Key Features

Replaces the majority of NPCs throughout the wastes with FCO 2.0 models.
Requires Tale of Two Wastelands and FCO 2 as dependencies.
Compatible with both Fallout 3 and New Vegas content in TTW.

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Community-trusted with 371 endorsements and over 16k downloads.
  • One mod covers both wastelands—no need to hunt for separate overhauls.
  • Simple replacer—just install and go, no complex patches needed.

⚠️ Cons

  • Last updated in 2015—might not play nice with newer TTW or FCO versions.
  • Requires two hefty mods (TTW and FCO 2) just to use this.
  • No detailed changelog or patch notes—you're trusting the author's word.
🎯 Is This For You?
For TTW players who want a unified, improved look for NPCs without fiddling with individual overhauls. Skip if you're on vanilla Fallout 3 or New Vegas—this only works with TTW.
📦 Install:Medium· 5-10 minutes
