📋 About This Mod
In The Living Desert, the unpickable "iron backpack" (classified as broken power armor) has been replaced with a proper deactivated Brotherhood power armor, and its helmet on the nearby rocks.
Furthermore, the rifle will no longer mislead you with its deceptive "lootable" status. It was marked as broken and could not be picked up anyway. Instead, it is now a static object using the same model.
Additionally, I have removed a second power armor set from one of NCR Prospectors. According to the game's lore, these NPCs should not be able to use power armor, and having a power armor-clad enemy in this encounter significantly unbalanced the gameplay.
This mod is compatible with the most famous power armor or laser rifle replacers and contains no additional resources other than game edits.
Please pay close attention to the version which you will use to ensure that the mod is compatible with your specific setup:
