The Weapon Mod Menu-No Reverse Button Message TTW

I noticed the "reverse button warning message" bug when trying to modify two different GRA 10mm Pistols in my inventory and noticed that simply trying to modify the two of them one after the other caused the warning message to pop up, but didn't prevent me from actually modifying my target weapon if I just hit the "Mod" button again!

This iteration of The Weapon Mod Menu should fix (or at least just simply ignore) any instances that would normally cause the "reverse mouse buttons" warning message to pop up, which surprisingly might fix a bug or two in some people's games, especially in instances where YOU KNOW the weapon is moddable, but the message won't allow you to mod it, either on first try or possibly ever if the problem is relevant enough!

Works very well with WMX with all DLC addons, TTW, as well as WMX TTW and WMX TTW Moddable FO3 Uniques, as I run this iteration with all 4 of those mods in my current setup (along with many others, but that ain't relevant)!

I can't guarantee your stability or your sanity when using this iteration, but I've played with it for a hot minute now and thought I might as well upload it, since it works so well for me!
