Overview This quest in the vanilla game is extremely short. On the doorstep of the Lucky 38 is Emily Ortal and she asks you to bug a terminal. You walk into the casino, bug the terminal as asked, and walk out. However, this quest has a missing part which requires you to go H&H Tools Factory, Camp Golf, and North Vegas Steel, and disable the network encryption. This mod aims to restore that stage. It also gives the player a reason to explore locations like H&H Tools Factory and North Vegas Steel since they aren't used in any other quests.
Installation Ideally, you should be using a mod manager such as Mod Organizer to handle the downloading and installation of this mod. Once you have it downloaded, you need to double click the mod from the "Downloads" tab, and press OK.
Manual Installation Extract the file called "TMCOTT - Restored.esp" from the zip archive, and move it into Fallout New Vegas\Data directory. Ensure you enable it from the launcher before starting the game. Uninstallation is as easy as deleting the "TMCOTT - Restored.esp" file.
