📋 About This Mod
Hello!
The Long Road Ahead adds a new set of clothing and armor. Created from scratch for Fallout: New Vegas. You start with a simple shirt and pants, then gradually upgrade your outfit with items found along the Critical path. Each addition provides increased protection and a useful stat boost, allowing your gear to grow with you as you travel across the Mojave.
Everything is compatible with Male and Female characters. The mod includes Ground meshes and Original Pip-boy Icons. Vanilla Bodies are supported in the Main File, with patches available for Type 4 and Improved Vanilla Male Body. Most of the 3d models in this mod where created for the Improved Vanilla Male Body. So that mod is highly recommended.
At the start of the game, in Doc Mitchell’s house, you’ll find your old Courier Clothes. Comparable in stats to the vanilla Merc Outfits, it provides +1 Agility and serves as the starting point for the outfit.

Also In Goodsprings, you can head to the cemetery to find The Bullet Scarred Hat on the edge of your grave. Left behind when you where shot in the head. It adds +1 Perception like the vanilla hats.
