When the Courier wakes up, they are completely naked apart from their underwear, or even no underwear for some of you lot😉.
Even after the apocalypse, no doctor worth their salt would have their patient completely naked and no wrappings around their wound after a surgery. This mod uses QwibQwib's "Courier Head Bandage" mod and Old World Blues to have the Courier wearing a Patient Gown and a Head Bandage straight from the beginning of the game.
The only thing that this mod alters is the Head Bandage placed in Doc Mitchell's House by the "Courier Head Bandage" mod. This mod removes it, because you automatically receive it at the beginning of the game.
This mod contains no assets from either the "Courier Head Bandage" mod or Old World Blues.
This Fallout: New Vegas mod replaces the Courier's default outfit with a Patient Gown and Head Bandage, matching the look from the game's opening sequence.
