Th3Overseer Series Tweaks and Additions

A light overhaul of Th3Overseer's amazing mod series, which represents some of the better quest mods made for NV. This mod:

1. Replaces unique named weapons with custom models and animations to make the slog through NR more worth it.

A. Linda has been replaced with an M16A4 and made full auto with a higher base damage than the Assault Carbine. Hitman's assault carbine animations with Frozen's locomotion included.

B. The Frontiersman's Rifle has been replace with WAP's higher Quality Brush Gun model.

2. Adds new custom music from Fallout Nevada and Fallout Sonora to many locations to enhance mood and atmosphere.

3. ReClutters and re-lights areas and interiors to enhance the atmosphere of Th3Overseer's mods.

Clutter, level design, effects, and music meant to work in conjunction to enhance the feel of the mods often exploring the seedier parts of Post-Apocalyptic Vegas.

4. Nerfs and re-balances several enemy types.

A. Th3Overseer's mods often throw many bullet-sponge enemies at you which is oftentimes unnecessary and overkill. New Vegas' strengths are in    storytelling, exploration, and world-building, not combat. Th3Overseer's latter mods can stand on writing and quest design alone, and the bullet sponge spam is unnecessary.

B. Debuffing solely included setting base health lower and setting max enemy levels. Enemies will still spawn with high quality armor and weapons, especially if you are running mods that effect the leveled list.

C. In some areas where there are clusters of many enemies, 1 or 2 generic enemies max will have been disabled to help even the odds a bit.

D. The main focus of the debuffing was on the North Road. NR and the Initiation do not represent his best work IMO, but are instead CBT slogs to get through in order to start the good stuff (Headhunting, Eliza, Depths, and High Desert).

5. Removes some hidden artillery shells from BS traps.

I am satisfied with the mod and have no plans to update it right now. I only will if something is wrong, there are great new assets to use, I get a sudden burst of inspiration, or unless you guys comment some very good ideas.
