📋 About This Mod
This is a preset for Accuracy Manager, largely focusing on heavily increasing the spread of raider type enemies and moderately reducing the spread of well trained npcs.
This file should not be used with the example preset or any other preset, including NPC Accuracy Manager - Extended INI.
I referenced the list of factions present in the latter, with one addition, while substantially changing many values present there and removing many other entries.
This is intended to pair with New Blood, Simple AI Merge, and any version of SWEEP if it is used. This file may nerf NPC accuracy too much if New Blood and/or Simple AI Merge are not present.
This file has only been lightly tested, although so far it has accomplished my intentions relatively well. I'm open to feedback about how this affects survivability with either highly trained (Brotherhood, Enclave, Van Graffs, Gun Runners) or untrained (Raiders, Vipers, Little Lamplight, Lobotomites) groups.

Credits:
Hinatahyugaftw's extended ini was referenced for a list of factions potentially worth including values for, but the values were almost completely changed.

📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community favorite with 660 endorsements and nearly 200k downloads
- Tightens up well-trained NPCs while making raiders less accurate, adding a nice difficulty curve
- Simple to install—just drop it into Accuracy Manager
⚠️ Cons
- Requires Accuracy Manager, so you'll need to grab that mod first
- Last updated in October 2024—could be outdated if the game has since patched
For Fallout 4 players who want a more realistic and challenging combat experience, especially those who find raiders too accurate. Skip if you prefer arcade-style gunplay or don't want to manage another mod dependency.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure Accuracy Manager is installed and working before adding this preset.
- If you're using a mod manager, let it handle the file placement to avoid overwriting other presets.
- Test the accuracy changes in a firefight early on to see if the spread feels right for your playstyle.
