Super Mutant Overlords NV

Disclaimer: This mod does not, in any way, include content taken from the Broken Steel DLC. It only uses leftover content in the base game files and free resources available here on the Nexus. The overlord model and animations were already present in the New Vegas files. All I did was fix the textures. ---- This mod adds fully-functional Super Mutant Overlords to the game, similar to those featured in the Fallout 3 add-on Broken Steel.

They can be found at a number of locations where regular super mutants spawn, including Black Mountain and Jacobstown, as well as a couple of other areas. There is also a small overlord camp located somewhere in the vicinity of Crescent Canyon in the southern Mojave Wasteland. These mutants are tough as nails and won't go down without a serious fight, so make sure to pack some firepower if you're planning on tangling with them. ----

The Overlords were originally intended to be featured in a large-ish quest mod that I was working on, but I couldn't decide on a way to include them properly so I decided to release them as a separate mod.

This mod is intended more as a modder's resource than anything else, due to the fact that there unfortunately aren't many places where you can find super mutants in Fallout: New Vegas. If anyone wants to add this to a mod expanding the mutant varieties in New Vegas, or use its assets in some project or other, just remember to give credit to the people in the list below as well as myself.
