STORY ===== Developed by scientists before the war for scientific and secret service purposes, this prototype was one of the best-kept secrets of the old world. Rejected by the former government due to ethic reasons, it was stored in a military facility somewhere in old California. Recently, the vault was discovered and looted by an unknown prospector who sold the weapon to the VanGraffs just a couple of days ago. Securely locked and with some accessories, it\'s waiting to be discovered. The \"Stripper\" is based on the most recent telepathic and teleporting technology of the old world, known only to few people. It\'s capable to hypnotize people even over big distances and it can change their personality drastically. Further, it can remove things from a target and teleport them to a selectable location. WHAT CAN I DO WITH THE STRIPPER? ================================ Restrain targets for approximately 30 seconds Remove or take inventory from targets without killing them Remove or take inventory from dead bodies with a single pull on the trigger, even from big distance Strip clothes off of humans (to see nudity, you will need one of the numerous nude mods!) Change the disposition of a target - change enemies to friends and vice versa Change the personality of a target. Example, you can make targets fighting each other and watch from a safe distance Transport the box of the stripper (serves, if set, as a target for looting items) to any desired location Beam yourself from any location back to the box Configure the weapon via a menu in your inventory Save and load personal settigs HOW IS THE STRIPPER WORKING? ============================ Basically, the Stripper is used like a normal laser gun. Because it is capable to hit a target even over big distance, it has been equipped with a scope and night vision. There are two different types of ammo, the Loot Cell and the Hypno Cell. The Hypno Cell serves only to restrain targets for approximately 30 seconds. The Loot Cell is used for looting and fully configurable to do lots of other things as well. As default, the Loot Cell will only remove all armor from the target and delete it. If you want to change this, you can do this in your Pip Boy via the configurator. On impact, the target will glow for a few seconds to indicate the hit. Configuration is done by clicking on the configurator in PipBoy mode. To describe the configuration here would use too much space, pls. see readme.txt in the file.
