The purpose of this mod is to keep a malus for stealing, without getting hudge penalties. To me, it\'s not realistic to have a very evil karma when you helped everybody in the Wasteland. Now stealing gets you a malus of -1 Karma instead of -5 Karma. Enjoy :)
