New Vegas Bounties - Steven Randall - Expanded Mississippi Dialogue Option
Description:
I was going through the New Vegas Bounties I voice files and found three unused Steven Randall lines for his Mississippi dialogue option, which I think was removed by Someguy2000 when he revised the voice acting. I'm assuming he removed the lines because he thought them too imposing on the lore, but I don't really mind. Anyway this mod restores it. Keep in mind these voice files weren't updated alongside the other files, his old mic had lower quality and his voice acting and writing skills have vastly improved since their origin so it could seem out of place.

Description:
Adds lip sync to Steven Randall, won't do much because he wears a mask, but if the player removes it Steven will have proper lip sync. Only for New Vegas Bounties I, I may do New Vegas Bounties III later, but lip syncing is soul draining work, and my soul needs recovery time.
