📋 About This Mod
Description
DC has the same number of books that Fallout 3 had, which allows you to raise all skills by 100 if you have Comprehension and find all books (including NV). It's not good for passing both Wastelands.
Vanilla NV - 5-8 books per skill (+3 to per book, it's +15-24 for each skill (+20-32 with Comprehension).
TTW 3. 3. 2 - 30-36 books per skill (+1 to per book, it's +30-36 for each skill (+60-70 with Comprehension).
My version - 12 books per skill (+2 to per book, it's +24 for each skill (+36 with Comprehension).
Number of books in NV - vanilla, redundant books were removed only in DC.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid download count (88,708) shows it's been widely tried.
- Does exactly what it says—no bloat, just rebalanced skill books.
- Lightweight mod that won't clutter your load order.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2023—might not be compatible with the latest TTW patches.
- Only 166 endorsements relative to downloads suggests some users didn't stick with it.
For TTW players who feel the default skill book distribution is off and want a straightforward fix. If you're a completionist who hoards every book, this might not be for you. Skip if you want more granular control over skill progression.
