Simple Open - Patches

A collection of patches for Simple Open Freeside and Simple Open Strip. Most of these are personal patches that I am sharing to help others.

  Simple Open Freeside

  FPGE - Functional Post Game Ending

  • []Since Trooper decided to retire their patch, I made one here.

    []Tested various endings, all seems to be working.

    []Note: This patch expects a Vanilla "Open Freeside". Any Freeside overhaul or other mod adding things to Freeside will need their own patch to compliment this one.

    []This patch is being kept here for convenience, but is unlikely to receive any updates as I no longer use FPGE myself. That said, it should still be compatible with the latest versions unless major changes happen to FPGE.

    Tale of Two Wastelands

    • []Updated patch for TTW 3. 4.

      []Not much was added to Freeside in TTW 3. 4 (mostly YUP stuff), so this patch is very similar to this one Simple Open Freeside - TTW 3. 3. 3 Patch. Use which ever you want; this was just built using TTW 3. 4, so it forwards like 2 additional things you'll likely never notice.

      Goodies

      • []As of Goodies v2. 4, only a single patch is required as all cut content was moved into Goodies.

        []Extra Goodies no longer needs a patch.

        []Goodies FPGE + Simple Open Freeside patches have been retired as FPGE is no longer supported by Goodies itself.

        []I also no longer use FPGE, and will be phasing out FPGE support for any future patches.

      []All relevant references moved to the new worldspace, and duplicates disabled.

      []Updated scripts to reference "FreesideWorld" where appropriate.

      Lived-In Freeside

      • []Version provided for Vanilla or TTW.

        []If using TTW, load AFTER Simple Open Freeside - TTW due to NavMesh.

        []NOTE: TTW version expects, but does not specifically require, the patch available from here.

      []All relevant references moved to the new worldspace, and duplicates disabled.

      []Updated NavMesh where appropriate.

      Freeside Facelift LITE

      • []All objects moved to the FreesideWorld worldspace, duplicate objects handled.

        []No FPGE compatibility, though I may look into this at some point. Clipping may occur in an FPGE state.
