Sic Semper Tyrannis

About:

Changes the "Death to tyrants! <Start Combat>" dialogue with Caesar upon first meeting him, to the actual latin quote "Sic semper evello mortem tyrannis!" when attacking him.

The phrase "Sic semper evello mortem tyrannis"(Thus always I eradicate tyrants' lives) is often attributed to Marcus Junius Brutus, the most famous figure in the assassination of Julius Caesar on the Idus Martii. though it is unlikely he really said this. I felt this was more appropriate than the simple "Death to tyrants".

Bugs:

None, All this does is change one little piece of dialogue, thus no bugs.
