Shoot hats from NPCs heads most of the time with a headshot! Sometimes even shoot a man's wig clean off!

Only shoot wigs from males. Doesn't affect player.
60% chance to shoot a hat off. NPC drops hat. Only items in the "Hats" list so not wraps or helmets and so on.
5% chance to shoot a wig off. Because, why not? Note: the bald changes don't persist to new play sessions because the baldies secretly put their wig back on when you're away from the computer.
The animation for hat dropping is poor (would love suggestions on how to improve this) and the Update3d function to change hair is horrible. There is a JIP function to just update the head but alas it doesn't work.
This ESPless mod lets you shoot hats and glasses off NPCs' heads with headshots, and even wigs with an optional file. It also triggers on ragdoll events like pushing or the And Stay Back perk. A fun, lightweight gameplay effect for Fallout 4 players.
