Quickstart:

Unpack the folder "FNVSGM" to your harddrive.
run FNVSGM.exe
select "Savegames" -> "Scan for Savegames/Characters"
select the profile you want to play from the dropdown list
click "Play" button to lunch Fallout New Vegas and play with the active profile
