📋 About This Mod
May 23, 2015 I've uploaded a hotfix for v1. 0 to fix the bugged bunk beds. The upload contains only the bsa. Overwrite the main file bsa with this one.
Sanchez Farm is a beautiful, two-story player home located at the Ant Mound. Previously owned by Jorge Sanchez, this house is now available for you to occupy.
Features:
- A handful of documents left by the previous owner
- Fully navmeshed with markers and beds for companions
- Sorting with two access points for sorting/accessing sorted containers (one on each floor). Requires NVSE.
- Radio with channel choices (two controllers for the radios; one on each floor)
- Crafting menu access (workbench, reloading bench, infirmary, campfire)
- Water purifier and vanilla sinks to work with other mods
- A handful of recipes are unlocked by a cookbook in the kitchen
- Working fireplace can be turned on/off by activating the box of wood next to fireplace
- Two bedrooms; one upstairs with queen bed and one downstairs with two bunk beds (four sleep markers)
- Lots of containers in addition to the sortable ones
- Working shower (walk in it turns on; walk out it turns off)
- Sittable toilets
- Hairstyle menu in each bathroom (razor activated)
- Aquarium
- Beautiful wall art
Getting the key: Jorge Sanchez was killed by the Fire Ants that moved into his barn. You must locate his body to get the key which is in his inventory. The body is right in front of the barn door opening. (see images)
ISSUES: Jorge's body might clip through the ground. If you show up to find the key and he's not there you use the console to unlock the door. To do that open the console, click on the door, and type:
Map Marker? I didn't add a new one for the house because there are two on either side of it. The house is between the Ant Mound map marker and the map marker for the Allied Technologies Offices. Either one is convenient to the house.
ESM, why? The mod is an esm to solve a common navmesh bug.
Requirements and Installation NVSE required for the sorting. Install the file via NMM, FOMM or drag n' drop. The mod consists of one bsa and one esp. Be sure to toggle Archive Invalidation for this installation. There are a fair number of new textures in it.
