📋 About This Mod

OUTDATED

It will be updated during 2025, for now, i have not access to my main computer and i won't for maybe a few months so i couldn't and still can't finish the mod, but once i can, i'll finish what i had almost been done with.

Important Note:

There are three versions.

The one that was my primary idea.

The one that absolutely requires A Tale of Two Wastelands, Fallout: New Vegas and all its DLCs plus Fallout 3 and all its DLCs.

If you do not have Tale of Two Wastelands (TTW) installed, it is actually pretty easy to install, it does everything for you.

Like It says later in the description, I will make a Fallout: New Vegas (plus optional DLCs) only version only if people are interested.

But I would totally suggest you to get Tale of Two Wastelands, great mod really.

The second is for Fallout New Vegas: Ultimate Edition, it only requires Dead Money, Honest Hearts and Old World Blues.

The third is for Fallout New Vegas only, it required to have Fallout 2- I mean Fallout: New Vegas, a brain, hands to play and the rest you know, but you should already have all of that, hopefully so.

Are you one of those player who love going places, killing either innocents or bad people then come back later just to see an empty place?

I find it pretty unrealistic that people doesn't respawn, in real life, some people would have gone there after few hours, a few days perhaps? A few months at max.

My favorite locations doesn't respawn at all, Super-Duper mart, Paradise Falls, and a lot more. Those are great locations in my opinion, the Super-Duper Mart in Fallout 4 is nothing compared to the one in Fallout 3, I don't care about Fallout 4, so here I am, modding Fallout: New Vegas at its maximum, and I have decided to share this mod I made the Fallout: New Vegas community..

It's true that some locations will now respawn and it is far away to be realistic that they respawn there but for me, it's more a question of sandbox, freedom, then realism. (and yeah, i mean "then" by sandbox comes first, realism comes second, realism is really important to me but being free and able to do whatever I want in a game with infinite possibilities and that, with the same character, that is the most important thing to me)

Always having something to do, doing things I have done before without having to start a new game, I like it that way.

This mod is totally for you if you like killing enemies at (almost) any locations, again, again, and again.

This mod isn't for you if you like an experience similar to the one you find in Dragon Age, Gothic, Risen, etc. I honestly love those game

🤖 AI-enhanced — based on mod data

This mod makes cells and most NPCs respawn in both Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas locations, though not all (e.g., Zeta). The author notes it's outdated, with a new version coming in 2025. It has 263 endorsements and 6,782 downloads, last updated in 2017.

✨ Key Features

Makes cells and most NPCs respawn in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas locations.
Covers approximately 90% of in-game content, with some exceptions like Zeta.
Compatible with both Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas.
Outdated version, with a new version planned for 2025.

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Community-tested with 263 endorsements and over 6,700 downloads.
  • Works for both Fallout 3 and New Vegas, giving you double the value.
  • Respawns most cells and NPCs, so the wasteland feels alive again.

⚠️ Cons

  • Outdated since 2017 — might not play nice with modern mod setups or DLC.
  • Not everything respawns; some locations like Zeta are intentionally excluded.
  • Author says a new version is coming in 2025, but no ETA — you're stuck with the old one for now.
🎯 Is This For You?
For Fallout players who want a livelier wasteland with respawning enemies and loot. If you're tired of cleared-out areas staying empty forever, this is for you. Skip if you prefer hand-crafted, static world design or play with mods that overhaul respawn mechanics.

💡 Beginner Tips

  • Since it's outdated, test it on a clean save to avoid conflicts with other mods.
  • If you use a mod manager, install it manually or via manager and check load order.
  • Be aware that some areas won't respawn by design, so don't expect 100% coverage.
