=======Background=======
Was anyone else underwhelmed by the in-game NCR Ranger Combat Armor? It looks so cool on the main menu, but it actually looks more like it does on the game case. That is to say, it isn't a cool black and red, but an uninteresting brown and orange. The one retexture already on the Nexus looked nice, but the trenchcoat contrasted too much with the armor underneath it.
I decided to take matters into my own hands and work from the ground up, but ended up going a bit crazy, making the entirety of the armor black, the replacing the lens textures and making them a bright red, and the decals red also.
What I ended up with was something I call the "Red Death", because it reminds me of the room from the Edgar Allen Poe story "Masque of the Red Death". Black with blood red.
I have to say I really enjoy it, and felt that I should upload it so others who might like it can have it.

Project Nevada functionality - Created an optional .esp file that adds visor overlays, effects, and vision modes to the helmet.
v2. 31 - Fixed G. E. C. K. file pathing error introduced in 2. 3.
v2. 3 - Updated helmet texture (before certain details were white and not red, and I felt it was time to see if the change would work well).
v2. 2 - Updated for compatibility with ADAM. ADAM overwrites the mesh for the Ranger Combat Helmet, which caused the helmet to use the ADAM mesh/texture instead of the Red Death texture. This gives it its own mesh (just a copy-paste of the vanilla Ranger Helmet) so that no more conflicts can come from it. May take the ADAM mesh with its extra details and retexture it for Red Death at some point.
v2. 1 - Fixed a weird issue where the sleeves of the duster would be the default brown, rather than the retextured black. Don't know what was going on there.
v2. 0 - Now a standalone armor with its own attributes! Now, NCR Veteran Rangers will wear the normal NCR Ranger Combat Armor. However, now it requires Lonesome Road, as I gave it the "enchantments" from the Elite Riot Gear armor.
v1. 0 - Initial release. Retextures all existing NCR Ranger Combat Armor.
