Recharger Rifle Rebalance with Scope Mod

This mod makes a few major changes to the balance of the Recharger Rifle so that it is no longer simply an inferior version of the Recharger Pistol. The weapon retains about the same DPS as in the unmodded game, but has a significantly reduced rate of fire and does more damage per shot. To compensate, it also regenerates ammo more slowly (1. 5 seconds per unit versus 1. 0 seconds in the vanilla game) and its ammo capacity has been reduced to 3 (from the original 7). Its skill requirement has been raised to 25 (from the original 0).

A scope mod has also been made available for the Recharger Rifle. It may be purchased at vendors that sell Tier 1 weapons mods.

CONFLICTS

This mod will conflict with anything that alters the Recharger Rifle. YUP fixes are incorporated into this mod.

COMPATIBILITY PATCHES

A compatibility patch by Revontulet is available for users of Sweet Weapon Enhancement and Expansion Package (SWEEP) by S6S.

RECOMMENDATIONS

I recommend my mod, Alternate Laser Scope Reticle, which is fully compatible with this mod.

OPTIONAL FILES

I have included versions that give the Recharger Rifle a yellow beam, intended for use with the "Recharger Pistol Only YB" versions of my mod, Recharger Weapons Yellow Beams, though these optional files will work fine without that mod if you only want the yellow visual effects on the Recharger Rifle.

You can download a version of this mod that is compatible with EVE here, made by Nexus user cibrhusk.

INSTALLATION

Only download ONE of the four main/optional files, depending on your preference. Put the contents of the mod folder (the folder with the .esp inside of it) into your Data folder, or use a mod manager. To uninstall, delete the mod's files (.esp, mesh, and texture) or uninstall using a mod manager.

If you already installed the "Recharger Pistol Only YB" version of Recharger Weapons Yellow Beams, please note that the meshes included in the optional files here are exactly the same as the ones from that mod, so if your mod manager asks you to overwrite, you can hit no.
