The Ranger Power Armour is based on the first concept art created for the Midwestern BoS Armour. Initially I wasn\'t really sure how to introduce the set, but after seeing its final color scheme it seemed to best fit the NCR faction, they\'re quite lacking in real PAs anyway. Armor: DT: 22, WG: 35, STR +1, Carry Weight +35, Fire Res +15, Rad Res +30 Helmet: DT 4, WG: 4, CHA +1, Fire Res +6, Rad Res +12 You can attach a banner to the armour as a separate clothing piece, which identifies your faction (disguises) and adds some small bonuses related. The following banners are available:

• []NCR Banner: +5 speech vs NCR faction members, +5 guns skill []BoS Banner: +5 speech vs BoS faction members, +5 energy weapons skill []Legion Banner: +5 speech vs Legion faction members, +5 melee damage

You can craft a clean banner (can\'t be equipped) from any faction banners and some abraxo cleaner, turpentine. With the clean banner you can paint any other faction banners with a paint-gun afterwards. If using with Project Nevada, the helmet will have the visor overlay, night and heat vision modes. Location
