This is an esp-free radio toggle key.
It will play a tuning sound when you press it, and turn on the radio to its last tuned station if it's off, or turn it off if it's on.
If you press the key while the tuning sound is playing, it won't do anything.
You can change your preferred key in the scriptrunner. Replace the number after the : in this line - SetEventHandler "OnKeyDown:53" (begin function {iKey}with the directx scancode for your preferred key, then save the script.
For example, if you wanted to set it to Q, you would set it to 16.
There is a txt file in the archive that has all the codes in it for easy reference.
