Psycho Armor and Mask

Adds a new male/female armor and Mask, located in the Abandoned Shack Southeast of the Yangtze Memorial. The mask hood can be removed and reattached at the workbench.

Stats: Armor: Weight: 16 (Light Armor) Health: 800 Value: 1100 DT: 20 Effect: Carry Weight +20, Endurance +1, Melee Weapons +10

Mask (Both): Weight: 1 (Light Armor) Health: 200 Value: 350 DT: 3 Effect: AP +15, Perception +1, Waterbreathing, Increased AP regeneration (slight).

Special notes:  If you have the nifskope know-how, you can swap the main masks texture for any of the textures in tis mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/56405/? Just in case you want an alternate design.  The mesh/texture for the hood is based on the oasis druid hood, so you can also replace it with the original or any other retexed version of that armor.

This armor will be included in the TTW - Immersive Weapons and Armor mod, so installing both would be redundant, this is just a sample for players who don't use TTW.
