I started a new project. Arsenal Of The Apocalypse https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/63323?
The Focus is still weapons, however where this mod failed is where this new project will hopefully succeed. The weapons will be much more "fleshed out" (fully modifiable, better integration, and look \ function better)
I am going to be updating with more weapons every now and then. (not as often as before) (Some familiar , some new) These updates are "experimental" (THERE WILL BE BUGS) please report them and as always any thoughts, and ideas are welcome whether new or requests for returning weapons

The reason I'm not just telling you exactly were to find the weapons is because of the following
1. It would ruin the point of having new and fun things to discover. 2. If you really just want to get the weapons to use them and don't care about reason 1 there's a briefcase that contains all of the weapons and
