this Mod REQUIRES the Imp of the Perverse\'s Powered power Armor Mod (http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/37983) to run correctly ---- This Mod was designed to fix a small issue with powered power armor. if you used the composite t-45d in the mod there\'s a good chance you would get suck with a permanent run speed increase. this mod\'s aim is to fix this issue from what I can tell the armor was suppose to add 40 to your speed mult to overcome the Medium armor speed penalty, but it was adding it twice and removing it once due to it using an on equip add and a game mode add but the on de-equip portion only firing on dequip once so this just adds and removes the speed mod in menu mode.
A quick fix for the additive speed issue when equipping and de-equipping the Composit T-45 armor in Imp of the Perverse's Powered Power Armor mod. For players using that mod who encounter speed stacking problems. 127 endorsements, last updated in 2013.
