Adds true scopes to the weapons in Supplementary Weapons Pack
This simply is a config file that will allow weapons from Supplementary Weapons Pack to benefit from NVTS - New Vegas True Scopes

- Bull Magnum Revolver
A small esp is required for the Designated Marksman Rifle, because it needs to be flagged as a scoped weapon once the scope is equipped, which isn't the case in the Supplementary Weapons Pack esp.
If you want to keep the original implementation of this weapon's scope, I have added an optional file that doesn't affect it.
Install via your favorite mod manager (MO2)
