Disables the pre-order packs, making the start game more challenging, there is also a version which makes the items purchasable from the gun runners vendortron.
I wanted to add more challenge to the game, making the start game interesting. NPP has two versions, one of which completely disables the pre-order pack and the second version allows them to be brought from the gun runners vendortron.
Installation:
If you are using my No Startup Messages mod make sure that this is placed after it in the load order.
Requirements:
Any of the pre-order packs, or none (If so i dont see why you are downloading this).
