DESCRIPTION
I have played Fallout New Vegas a lot and have tried hundreds of mods over the years, but some of them still hold a special place in my heart and blow my mind with their attention to detail. One of these mods is NV Novac Apartment by VIPerMX.
This is the best home for a player, among all those that I tried. Very simple, quite functional, very atmospheric and comfortable. But as far as I can see, the modification was not fully finished and 10 years after the release it contains some errors or annoying things.
The author of the original mod is not active in modding New Vegas at the moment, but he was very kind to give me permission to publish a fork of his mod where I have fixed or plan to fix the main issues.
Most of the changes I've implemented are things I decided to change or fix based on my experience or after reading comments and reports on the original mod page.

The main content of the mod:
This modification include a significant changes in Novac Motel players room.
Size of the room is increased twice (using nextdoor room ^.^
Goal of this modification is to achieve a small hideout for player with all the necessary (crafting tools, a lot of containers, merchant and repair) in fancy prewar design.

In this homeplace you will find:
- All crafting tools (campfire, crafting bench and loading bench).
- All light switch controlling.
- Bedroom mirror used as a barber menu.
- Automated shelves for food, alcohol, magazines and snow globes.
- Working shower and Jukebox with custom music and vending machine.
