Even if you don`t like wearing bags you might want to reconsider. These actually boost your Carry Weight up to 40 points at the cost of 320 caps. Vendors that are selling the bags: Cliff Briscoe: Green-Red Plaid, Green-Violet Plaid, Skynet, Blue Vector, Blind, DC. Michelle: Green Star, Crimson-Grey Plaid, Blue-Black Plaid, Orange Leafs, Grey Leafs. Mick: Burton, Nordic, Element, Dark Vector. Blake: Adio, Orange Vector, Yellow-Grey Plaid, Green Floral.
