Ever walk into Freeside or the Strip and wonder where all those people are that you hear mumbling? Sounds like you walked into a busy convention center but there is just you and some NPC standing on the sidewalk picking his nose? Find listening to the constant mumbling annoying and wish the voices would just stop? Well this mod is for you because that's what it does, shuts the mumbling crowd sounds off.
I replaced 4 ambient sounds with a silent version. Is compatible with any mod except ones that replaced those 4 sound files. No esp or esm, doesn't require another mod.
