In order to properly use New Vegas Roads Reborn you have to download and install all of the files from New Vegas Roads Reborn in order from here: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/63075?
Then download my mod and drag it into your Data directory folder where all your other esp's are. When you open your mod manager all you have do is make sure RoadsReborn.esp is checked and that I15Reborn1. 0.esp,I15Reborn1. 01.esp,I15Reborn2. 0.esp,I15Reborn2. 1.esp, and NewVegasRoadsReborn2. 2.esp are all unchecked.
Tested and it works fine.
