With the release of patch 203 the doctor in Union City is now a working one. This mod is no longer needed.

Currently there isn't a doctor in the New California mod. This very quickly made mod fixes that. This mod adds a copy of Ada Straus to the Union City Clinic.
She can heal, cure addiction, remove rads and sells medical supplies.
So until a doctor is added in a New California update, you have one with this mod.
Ada Straus now wears a doctor outfit and no cowboy hat.
This bug fix mod adds a doctor to the New California mod for Fallout: New Vegas. The author notes it is no longer needed as of patch 203, so its utility is limited to older versions. With 150 endorsements and nearly 5,000 downloads, it was a popular fix in its time.
