1. best is extracting this mod by hand, otherwise fomm will install the Fingernail color options
into your Data folder, but that is up to you
2. Before start,kopy and back up the hand texture files in a seperet folder at a save place if you don't like to loose it.
3. When you got the fingernail of your choice ? Kopy an paste all dds texture files of the folder into the female folder
Right path (your instal folder) fallout new vegas\Data\textures\characters\female
If it ask to overwrite, say yes to all.
4. Don't forget to toggle your ArchiveInvalidation in FOMM
