Nerd Rage Buff

I always thought Nerd Rage! was a pretty cool perk. It had some neat-o effects and in general sounded like a nice reward for sticking with one of the most useless skills in the game. That is, until, I actually got it. The problem is that whenever I\'m fighting weak enemies, they can\'t get my health anywhere near 20%. Whenever I\'m fighting strong enemies, I always either take a Stimpak or get OHKed by the time my health drops that low. What this mod does is simple. It changes the condition requirement for health percentage from <20% to <35%. That way, it\'s still a \"clutch\" perk in that it\'s situational, but it also doesn\'t require you to be completely near death; It gives you a little boost when you need it most instead of when you\'re right about to die. Also, as a little bonus, I\'ve included a version that re-adds the Cyborg perk from Fallout 3 into this mod to further help out the science skill in not being such a POS. I did change one little thing about it (Boosts fire resistance instead of Energy Weapons) but other than that, it\'s exactly the same. Does not require any DLC. Don\'t forget to endorse this mod if you like it!
