This small mod adds a subtle pumping animation to the NCR salvaged power armor. This mod does not require a plugin to work. It replaces the mesh of the NCR salvaged power armor with my animated one. However, it is compatible with any texture replacer.
This animation was applied directly on the mesh or geometry. No nodes or bones were modified or added. Watch video below
