📋 About This Mod
Adds NCR appraisers and land developers to the East Vegas area.
Little immersion mod adding NCR appraisers, realtors, surveyors, and their hired guns to the homes in East Vegas to show that the opportunistic in the NCR are already looking to sell and develop the area once its fully under their jurisdiction and the locals have been politely eminent domained away.
Killing them will cost you NCR rep but gain you karma.
This is a very small immersion mod, expect only 4 NPCs as set dressing and some statics. I am not skilled enough to give them day/night cycles where they sleep. If you are then you've got my full permission to do whatever you want with this mod.
