Music of the Mojave - Radio New Vegas and Mojave Music Radio Expansions

If you liked Old Man Mose's "More Where That Came From" for GNR in Fallout 3, then you'll love these. These packs add songs to both New Vegas radio stations that fit each of their distinct vibes. Radio New Vegas includes more Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Tony Bennett, Louis Prima, and lot's of 40's and 50's gems. Mojave Music Radio adds a number of 40's western groups like Roy Rogers, Gene Autry, The Sons of the Pioneers, Tex Williams, Bob Wills, and Bing Crosby doing some western inspired numbers with the Andrews Sisters. Even if you don't like "Country" music. (I HATE country) I think you'll find these enjoyable as I tried to stick to stuff that is considered more western and western swing which was popular back in the 40's.

I also include a number of songs the developers made a nod to in-game in the form of Quest names. "That Lucky Old Sun", "Ring-a-ding-ding", and "Whispering Grass" just to name a few.

With the imminent release of Fallout 4 I noticed a large uptick in downloads. Considering I'm using this myself with TTW right now, I figured I'd release a bonus pack of songs I've added over the last year. Enjoy.

If songs are too loud on the pipboy, try leveling them down with MP3Gain, It's pretty easy just add all the MP3s, analyze, and adjust the db down accordingly in the box at the top. I'd suggest doing this in increments of -5db until they're where you want them.

I do not use these with R. A. C. E Radio Music (although I do use it for my "other" music and endorse it.) If you are please follow his instructions. If you want to use both sets of songs some files will have to be renamed to higher numbers or they will overwrite each other. Mediquette suggests a bulk file renamer like the one found here.
