Game Changes:
Thugs will spawn regardless of whether you have hired a bodyguard.
Instead of spawning thugs only once per day, they can now spawn up to four times per day.
The chance for thugs to spawn a second time per day between 06:00 and 21:00 has increased from 75% to 85%.
There is now a chance of spawning five thugs at a time instead of only two.
Requirements: None
Compatibility: Works with all mods the open Freeside. As of version 2. 00, this mod now only touches one script (VFSThugSpawningScript). This script doesn't care what version of Freeside you have.
