These perks are included in my other mod " Some Perks" in a better manner.
With each rank of More Damage Please perk you'll do 10% extra damage using any weapon.
With each rank of Jethro's Sight , your chance to hit an opponent in and outside of V. A. T. S. is significantly increased. First Rank : 20% less spread and 20% more V. A. T. S accuracy. Second Rank : 35% less spread and 35% more V. A. T. S accuracy. Third Rank : 50% less spread and 50% more V. A. T. S accuracy.
Requirements of each perk are in the pictures. Jethro is the middle name of N. C. I. S Gibbs character former U. S Marine Sniper .
