Highly recommended to be used with Sandstone Desert by Goshko.
You should regenerate your LOD for this, or you can just download Mojave Sandy Desert, which comes with LOD, and then load this after it.
Note that this might not look great at all angles because of NV's blocky terrain and the way parallax works, which may be an issue for screen archers. You can mitigate visual artifacts by turning down the parallax height and shadow intensity, using higher FOV, turning on SMAA in NVR, and using maximum AA and AF settings. If you find it to be too shiny/glossy, set Roughness to a higher setting in the NVR Terrain shader.
