When a special stat reaches 10 a perk is added after a few seconds. the perks are little better then the standard one. Perception: spotter, enhanced sensors and search and mark. Luck: mysterious stranger. Endurance: decrease limb damage. Intelligence: see enemy health and DT. Agility: concentrated fire. Charisma: miss fortune. Strength: pack rat. this should be compatible with any mod. my thinking with this mod is that you don\'t get any reward for getting high stat which should have been part of the game in the first place. some of these make sense like perception and endurance letting you see items and enemies and reducing bone damage. while other like charisma giving you miss fortune make less sense, since i couldn\'t think of anything else to put there.
