Mass quest item remover

In a similar vein to my motor-runner helemt, rocket toy and camera remover, I decided to just remove quest item status for almost everything. WARNING: Dropping some items may crash the game becuase they do not have a world model. Obviously, quests cannot be completed without these items, so don\'t lose them!
