Presets are saved/loaded in the Fallout New Vegas\Data\RaceMenuPresets folder.
(For MO2 users : you can find it in the Overwrite folder)
I recommend downloading the optional files character Kit Remake - IVMB - T4 for character Kit Remake and character Kit Remake hands. For New
Vegas Redesigned 2 Revised character Kit Remake patch download patches
for mods you use. The type 4 body replacer is required since
you'll be using the CKR body patch. Load order should look like this -
1. NVR2 Revised
5. CKR - Hands
6. CKR - IVMB - T4
7. NVR2 Revised CKR patches
