This mod makes it so instead of a flat 5% your likelihood to receive a Sunset Sarsaparilla Star Cap is the same as your Luck attribute. For instance a Luck of 1 will have a 1% chance of receive a Star Cap and a Luck of 10 will have a 10% chance. To the best of my knowledge no other mods tweak the Sunset Sarsaparilla Add Cap script, so it should be compatible with just about anything.
Although this mod runs totally on its own I think it is nicely complimented by RetupmocSoft's Glowing Star Bottle Cap.
