Changes general Martin Retslaf in Lonesome Road into a skeleton instead of a nonsensical ghoul.
For whatever reason Lonesome road has a seemingly 200 year old ghoul corpse in the Hopeville missile silo bunker. This mod gives this four star general the effort he deserved and changes him into a skeleton.
